Experience winter vacation or summer vacation in Kappl in untouched nature! Our house is located in the district Wiese - about 1.5 km from the center of Kappl - in a quiet, idyllic location. Should you decide to spend your skiing vacation in Kappl, you can reach the skiing area of Kappl in a few minutes by means of a free ski bus. Also the ski area of Ischgl is only about 7 km away. The ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of our house. Kappl is not only suitable for winter sportsmen, also for a summer vacation Kappl is a perfect vacation destination. Hikers and mountain bikers love the idyllic mountain village of Kappl on the sunny slopes of Paznaun.

Living in our apartments
Our apartments are fully equipped with kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, separate bedrooms, shower, toilet and satellite TV.

Also at our guests' disposal is a south-facing balcony, a sunbathing lawn with garden furniture, terrace, ski storage room and parking space.

On request our guests receive breakfast at the breakfast buffet, or milk and bread servce.*
