The recently refurbished holiday flat is located in Schöder a rural community submontane of the Sölkpass in the middle of the Alps (Murtal). 800 meter above sea level Schöder is the ideal starting point for wintery activities such as skiing, alpine touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and a lot of other sports in a snowy winter wonderland.

Situated on the ground floor the holiday flat is fully equipped for self-catering and provides a bedroom including king size bed, bathroom, kitchen (including a sofa), anteroom, toilet, storage room, balcony and a carport.
