Our apartments are quietly located only a 5 minute walk away from the attractive city centre.
We have 4 apartments differing in size from 2 up to 4 persons.
The apartments are furnished in a modern Austrian style.
From about 20 June till 20 September, we offer our guests from Michi's Appartements our BergAktiv program for free.
From Sunday to Friday there will be at least 3 different guided hiking tours daily and Monday to friday there will daily be 2 guided mountain bike tours as well.
With your BergAktiv card you will get a discount on all action program activities including canyoning, rafting and more.
Residence (non-smoking)
All apartments are equipped with a hallway, bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer, kitchen with dining table, electric stove with 4 burners, fridge, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine and kitchenware, Smart-TV, balcony with chairs, free WIFI and central heating.
We also offer the free use of our ski depot equipped with shoe-heater for the storage of your skis/boards in winter and your bike in summer.

Kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a king sized bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 separate balconies.
Apartment 2 for 2-3 persons
2-room apartment, ca. 40M²
Kitchen, bedroom with a king sized bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
Apartment 3 for 2-4 persons
3-room apartment, ca. 50M²
Kitchen, 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
Apartment 4 for 2-3 persons
2-room apartment, ca. 40M²
Kitchen, bedroom with a king sized bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.

Deposit 20% of total amount
Deposit term: within 14 days of booking. If the deposit has not been payed is this time frame the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Remaining amount can be payed in cash on arrival / departure of transfer the remaining amount.
