In a quiet and sunny location are our two child-friendly, adjacent guesthouses with heated outdoor pool in summer. The wonderful view of the Schladminger Tauern mountains or the Dachstein massif invite you to go hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, Nordic walking, horseback riding, jogging, beach volleyball players, etc.
Wonderful hiking trails, mountain bike and running trails, which lead directly away from the house, are offered.
Whether on foot, by hiking cab or by private car, you can reach one of the crystal clear mountain lakes or one of the beautiful excursion destinations in no time.
Experience a sunrise on the Dachstein, this breathtaking sight you will not forget so quickly.
Furthermore, we offer a beach volleyball court in front of the house and a three-legged guest grill.

*APARTMENTS

Our non-smoking apartments are equipped with modern comfort (bathroom and WC are separated; electric stove with oven; refrigerator with freezer; dishwasher; microwave; satellite TV, hairdryer), electricity for a restful sleep, free W-Lan connection in the apartment.
Each apartment has its own balcony!

*SAUNA AND HEAT CABIN

After a strenuous day of hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, jogging or after quieter activities such as reading or horseback riding, you can relax in the daily for you free sauna or infrared heat cabin. Our new relaxation room with old wood invites you to "come down"!

*FOR THE CHILDREN

an outdoor swimming pool, playroom with rotary soccer, darts, table tennis, but also a playground with giant trampoline, sandpit, slide, swings, gymnastic rings, horizontal bars, go-karts, cats and rabbits etc. are waiting. In summer you can play volleyball or soccer in the large orchard, or have a fun game of hide and seek behind the many fruit trees.
