Four comfortable, fully equipped and cosy apartments for 2 to 10 persons in a sunny and quiet location. To make your holiday as pleasant as possible, we offer parking spaces right infront of the house as well as a room for your shoes with shoe dryer. We will be happy to provide you with a cot, high chair, changing table and baby bathtub for your "little ones". For a good start into the day, we offer you a daily bread service.

Our apartments offer you a comfortable start into your individual holiday experience. Just a two minute walk away from three cable cars, various ski runs, the toboggan run, hiking trails, Murmliclub and Mumlikrippe (child care) and a indoor play park. The village centre is only a 5-minute walk away, where various restaurants, cafés, shops and Tyrolean hospitality awaits you.

CARD. gives you free use of the cable cars and hikers’ bus between the villages Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis. Dare a leap into Lake Högsee, celebrate a summit victory or discover Thomas Brezina's adventure mountains with your children.

Even your children (from 3 years!) take part in great all-day animation programmes in the Murmli Club Serfaus or the Mini&Maxi Club Fiss-Ladis. Decide between several guided hikes per week! Numerous open-air events also invite you to spend a pleasant evening together.
