Welcome to Erlebnisgut Oberhabach - the "somewhat different" hotel. Our 4-flower farm with everything that goes with it combines the comfort of a 3-star S-hotel with the cosiness of a 620-year-old farm. With us, cordiality, hospitality & tradition are writ large and lived with passion.

Our holiday farm is located in the midst of beautiful nature between the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Horn - in the heart of the Kitzbüheler Alpen holiday region. In our small village of Kirchdorf, the clocks tick a little slower - here you can really savour every single holiday moment with your loved ones.

Situated in the middle of the *** world's largest ski areas ***- Kitzbühel, Schneewinkel, Fieberbrunn-Saalbach, SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser/Brixental and directly at one of the best beginner ski areas in the greater Kitzbühel area.
For non-skiers:
Well cleared and maintained winter hiking trails, great opportunities for snowshoeing and ski touring.
And for cross-country skiers, there are a large number of perfectly groomed cross-country trails.
New at the Erlebnisgut: RIDING HOLIDAYS also in winter! Finally the time has come ... we have realised a long planned project of ours - the riding stable including riding school, riding arena and paddock - and built a small paradise for riding holidays in Kirchdorf in Tyrol.
With our new stables we have created a place of well-being for horse and rider: Boxes with free access, tack room, grooming facilities, riders' lounge on the upper floor with a view of the horse boxes and much more. After all, there is hardly anything better than taking time out on holiday to enjoy relaxing hours on horseback, don't you think?
Our horse hotel is now home to 10 horses - from the mini-shetty "Morgenstern" to the elegant German sport horse "Sir Diego", there is a suitable animal for every horse lover. However, it is not only the size of the horse that counts, but also the character of the horse and rider. We attach great importance to this and always find the right horse for our riding students - we are looking for "soul mates", so to speak, so that the riding lessons run really harmoniously and are fun for everyone - horse and rider alike.
***The Hotel***
Our 15 rooms and 1 flat are equipped with wooden furniture, natural wood flooring or parquet flooring. In the cosy rooms with balcony you can really switch off and let your soul dangle.
The beautiful parlours invite you to spend nice evenings as a couple or with the family. Whether in the "Kaiserstube", the "Gewölbestube" or the "Habachstube" (former living room of the family) - you'll be fine.
Our "Tennensauna" with a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Leukental. The Finnish sauna, the sanarium, the infrared cabin, the large fresh air balcony and the bucket shower guarantee a special experience.
Our sauna and wellness area offers you pure relaxation for body, mind and soul!
