It is worth visiting one of the oldest craft workshops in Germany: the "Eisenhammer". Originally built to smelt ore, it was used as a tool forge until the last century. Via the mountain town of Seyda, you reach the "Valley of the Oil Mills". The oldest oil mill still in production in Germany in Dörnthal was built in 1650 and today produces cold-pressed linseed oil. In Pockau, the electoral official fishery awaits you, allowing you to immerse yourself in the history of the town: Pockau was founded around 1365 at the confluence of the Schwarze Pockau and Flöha rivers. Since then, the rivers have had a decisive influence on the development of the town. This stage ends in Niederlauterstein. The checkpoint is located in the center of the village past the castle ruins, which once protected the medieval trade routes. Today it watches over the Stoneman fans.
