Evernius' nature trail Hinterzarten

On the nature trail in Hinterzarten, which also takes you past the eagle pond at the end, you explore the forest via two routes of different lengths. You always follow in the footsteps of Evernius Flechtel, the forest gnome, who shows you the right way.

The first part is shorter at 1.5 km and is also suitable for baby carriages. On this route, you will sharpen your senses, e.g. with the tree memory quiz, your eye for the different types of trees in the forest, play melodies with the dendrophone or make a phone call using a tree telephone.

Cool your legs in the Kneipp pedal facility on the nature trail in Hinterzarten, look at the forest through colorful glass and feel the ground beneath you on the barefoot course, where sharp stones tickle the soles of your feet. On the obstacle course "through thick and thin" you slip through the willow tunnel and then test your sense of balance by climbing over the log or balancing on the ropes.

Part 2 is approx. 3 km long and offers you wonderful views on beautiful footpaths. You might even be able to watch ski jumpers training on the Adlerschanze. Near the end of the tour, you can take a look at the eagle pond and observe the animals in and around the lake.

Part 1 is suitable for baby carriages (around 1.5 km). Part 2, the longer 2 km section, is not suitable for baby carriages.
