Waldsee circular route to the Urenkopf tower

Start Waldsee car park (Navi: Waldseeweg 4, 77716 Haslach im Kinzigtal):

Waldsee - Rotkreuzweg - Pfaffenkähner - Vulkan - KZ memorial site - Bohnacker - Urenkopf tower - Sandhaasen hut - Hirschfelsenweg - Holy Well - Stations path - Rotkreuz - Rotkreuzweg - Waldsee (or in reverse order)

The names (location names) like "Waldsee" can be found on the main signposts of the Black Forest Association. The main signposts are always located at intersections and junctions of marked hiking trails. On the arrow-shaped signs, there are usually three nearby destinations (next location names) and one long-distance destination with kilometer information. Along the way, please follow the symbol that is printed on the main signpost at your next location name, e.g. yellow diamond. The name of your location can also be found on the signpost tree with altitude information at this point.

Ortenau S-Bahn and Black Forest Railway to Haslach. From the station, it is about 20 minutes on foot to the start of the circular route at the Waldsee car park. With bus 7236 towards Elzach, stop Otto-Laible-Straße. The route starts at the public car park.

Please use the public Waldsee car park when arriving by car, not the private car park at the guesthouse Waldsee-Terrace. The Waldsee car park is signposted on the B294 and is about 300 meters before the Waldsee when coming from Haslach. Turn off at the bus stop.
