Summit route Hündle - Buchenegg

We start at the Hündle valley station and walk past the playground towards the mountain station. On the way to the Hündle summit you pass the Sennalpe Obere Hündle - with cheese made in-house. At the summit cross (1,112 meters) you have a magnificent panoramic view over the Konstanz valley, to Hochgrat and, in good visibility, also to the Säntis massif in Switzerland. The descent takes place on the north side via another sennalpe, the Bärenschwand-Alpe. There follow the signposts to Buchenegg. Passing the district of Ifen, you reach the starting point at Hündle via a forest section.
