Riefensberg barefoot course
You can train your five motor skills at the 22 stations of the new barefoot and fitness course. This covers coordination, stamina, strength, agility and speed. The best way is to go through the course three times, and to do only the coordination and stamina exercises the first time round, to do the agilit and strength exercises the second time round, and the speed exercises the third time round.

Bizau - where water tickles your toes
The Ulvenbach flows in the wide valley plane, close to the centre of Bizau. It is here that visitors can walk barefoot over a stretch about 0.6 km length, take in the natural sights and sounds of the stream, and admire rare plants. Information containing detailed directions is available from the Bizau tourist office.

Moorbad Sibratsgfäll
Mud provides the skin with moisture and lipids, which is appreciated by those suffering from allergies in particular. Mud also alleviates pain, and relaxes the body. It is now possible to try out a mud bath in the natural mud bath in Sibratsgfäll. Surrounded by Mother Nature on all sides, a paddling basin, two mud baths and a natural-water swimming pool await.
