Welcome to a typical Engadine house, built in the 17th century. It is centrally located, yet in complete tranquillity, in the upper historic part of the village of Scuol. The house and apartment were gently renovated with respect for the historic building structure. Enjoy the best time of the year in Scuol, a typical Engadine village, surrounded by houses decorated with sgraffito, the Swiss National Park, and a range of skiing and bathing options that is second to none. The bright 40 m² 1.5-room apartment with separate kitchen offers everything for a relaxing holiday with Engadine flair. The bright apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Engadine house. The entrance is reached through the typical "Piertan" (arched passage).

Shops are located nearby on the Stradun, at the Volg, in bakeries and in the many local stores. A free public long-term parking area is a 1-minute walk away. The ski bus stop is a 3-minute walk below the house on the Stradun; in about 5 minutes' drive you comfortably reach the train station and the valley station. Use of the ski bus is free in winter.
The Engadin Bad Scuol, with a large bathing and sauna area, the pump room with various mineral waters, and a Roman-Irish bath, is also just under 3 minutes away. Several mineral water fountains are also located nearby.
