The apartment is located in Scuol Sura, just a few steps from the local and ski bus stop. The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants, and shops on the Stradun are a comfortable 5-minute walk away.

In the bright and welcoming maisonette apartment (approx. 120 m²), you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest. From the living room with a large dining table, exposed beams, and windows facing south and west, you have a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, and fridge with a small freezer compartment. On the ground floor of the apartment are 2 bedrooms, the living/dining room and kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and a guest toilet. On the upper floor is the gallery and the large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower/toilet.
The approx. 120 m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor
of a 6-family house with a sunny balcony and view.
