Alsace, which enjoys a particularly rich castle heritage, is also a territory that invites hiking to conquer its medieval remains! Along this route, you will discover the uniqueness of two ruins made of pink Vosges sandstone from the North Vosges. Starting from Niederbronn-les-Bains by car, follow the D653 towards Dambach – after Windstein, take the D53 towards Obersteinbach. Pass through the hamlet of Wineckerthal, then after a few minutes you will find on your left the parking of the 3 linden trees where your route starts.
