The hills of Velennes

Before crossing the woods and the plain, enjoy the tranquility of the ponds and marshes of the Selle valley.
Start from the parking lot, follow rue du Marais then follow the path to the end of pond no.4. Join the Green Corridor, a developed hiking trail, on the old railway line that once connected Amiens to Beauvais (see sheets 19a and b). Follow it to the left until Outre-l’Eau, a hamlet of Loeuilly. Leave the Corridor to follow the Wailly path, a hamlet of Conty. Enter the woods of Wailly at Mont de Velennes. After the woods, return towards Conty by crossing the bridge over the Évoissons.
