The route is predominantly flat and is ideal for families or anyone who wants to take it easy. Along the route, you will experience the traditional Gailtal cultural landscape with wide fields, rural architecture and impressive mountain panoramas.
The route continues to Nötsch, known for the "Nötscher Kreis", an important group of artists from the early 20th century. Art and history can still be felt here today. Via Feistritz an der Gail, the route finally leads back to Hermagor in a relaxed manner.
