Three lakes tour – Lake Ossiacher See, Lake Wörthersee, Lake Faaker See

Starting from Ossiach, follow the south shore road to Klachl. Here, you partly have the option to cycle on bike paths. From here, turn right onto the Schwarze Straße. Follow this to Markstein. Before the driving school in Markstein, turn left and follow the side road to a main road. Cross this straight ahead and continue along the side road to Sittich. Here, turn right towards Maltschacher See. Cycle around Maltschacher See and continue to Klein St.Veit. Follow the main road (lightly trafficked) to Pitzelstätten. Cross straight ahead at the traffic light to Lendorf. In Lendorf itself, turn right towards the golf course and continue over the Hallegger ponds towards Wörthersee. At the northern shore road of Wörthersee, turn left and then cycle clockwise around the lake until shortly before Velden. Always follow the road until you reach Selpritsch. At the roundabout, go straight always towards Rosegg. Cycle through Rosegg and then turn right following the road before you turn left under the motorway bridge towards Orainsattel. Enjoy this beautiful ascent and after the descent, in the small village of Ledenitzen, turn right towards Faaker See. Cycle clockwise around this lake as well until shortly before Egg at Faaker See. Here turn left towards St. Niklas and ride a short steeper stretch down to a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit and then in St. Niklas turn left towards Drau. Cross this at the cycle path bridge and then immediately turn right onto the cycle path and immediately right again past the houses along the motorway. After a few meters, turn right again under the underpass and after the railway underpass turn left for a short steep stretch uphill. In the village of Zauchen go straight towards Burg Landskron. Below the castle, turn right at the traffic lights and follow the road or cycle path back to Ossiach.
