The surrounding area also holds much splendor, such as the charming basin around the Klagenfurter Hut, the lovely Wächterberge, the artist village Suetschach, ... Truly a place to blossom and enjoy!
From the Drau riverbank, the path leads delightfully through scenic cultural landscapes and beautiful mixed forests up to the lonely Rupertikirche. The hidden terrain terrace of Matschach just above is the highest point and a peasant cultural jewel at the same time! Through rustic forests, descending again, you reach the artist village Suetschach in the Drau plain – a insider tip of the Rosental. Along the impressive Drau stream, it goes back again.
