Zöbern - Tut Gut Route 1

The round begins at the municipal office in Zöbern, where parking is also possible. Opposite the municipal office, head into Schulstraße. After the secondary school, turn left onto Waldgasse, then immediately keep right and walk along Waldgasse. At the end of the lane, continue on a forest road, always following the signs, along and also a little through the forest. Once on an asphalted street again, turn right and after a sharp left and right curve at the fork, turn right again. Pass the Blackberry Farm, then on the forest path again a bit through the forest until you reach a residential lane, Erlenweg. Keep right until you meet Schulstraße again. Before returning to the municipal office, you can make a stop at the playground and the pond.

Always carry suitable maps. Wear sturdy shoes adapted to the route, take sun and rain protection as well as water and a small snack. Bring your mobile phone and save the mountain rescue emergency number: 140.

Make sure when choosing the route that it matches your mountain experience and fitness. Check the weather forecast in advance. The weather in the mountains can change surprisingly fast. Always set out accordingly equipped (e.g., rain protection).

Check whether the huts and snack stations you want to visit along the way are open. Inform someone about your chosen route and your planned return before you start.

Aspang-Markt train station, then take the regional bus to Zöbern municipality.
