Grande boucle au coeur du vignoble de Sauternes

The golden wine flows in the Sauternes region, known worldwide for its famous sweet white wines. The Sauternes region is crossed by the Ciron. This modest tributary from the Landes region is essential to the development of botrytis cinerea, which, in autumn, creates the great sweet wines, described by Mauriac as "an exaggeration of the exquisite". The Sauternes region is a gentle place to discover, rich in a thousand details, with its omnipresent stone walls revealing the abundance of limestone on the ground.
