From the center of Turin, we ride through the Valentino Park, with its castle and medieval Borgo. The journey through history continues with an overlook of the Royal Castle of Moncalieri (the only climb of this stage) and a visit to the Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi, with eventual pedaling inside its park. Alternating between back roads and dirt country roads, we reach Pinerolo, medieval capital of the Savoy-Acaja family, place of imprisonment of the Iron Mask and home to the National Museum of the Cavalry.
Leaving Turin and Moncalieri, attention must be paid to some crossings of roads with heavy traffic.
Bicycle suitable for riding even easy dirt roads. Tires with a minimum section of 40mm
