From Rifugio La Valliera, walk the final stretch of Stage 3 backwards to Colle della Margherita, where you join the Curnis Auta route. Then continue following the ridge which with a long and panoramic route touches the Passetto, Monte Plum, Rocca Albert, Rocca della Cernauda and then progressively slopes down beyond the Bric delle Mendie into the valley of Monte Tibert, touching the towns of Grande Serra and Basse di Narbona. Below the Costa Chiot the track bends towards the Passo delle Crocette, from which, with a completely downhill route, you arrive among beautiful pastures at the Sanctuary of San Magno.
