The itinerary is sprinkled with old settlements, mostly overgrown by vegetation except for a little gem still well preserved thanks to the diligence of the homeowners: borgata Bagagera, where you will notice a votive pillar with frescoes dating back to the late 18th century, the borgata oven, and several typical buildings.
Continuing on you reach Pian Aschiero, a boundary place between three municipalities: Giaveno, Valgioie, and Coazze, which also hosts a characteristic votive pillar.

Take the road on the right looking at the facade of the Sanctuary. Cross the Borgata Selvaggio Sopra. At the end of the village, take a steeper uphill path to the right, which leads to Prese Colonnello. After a short stretch on a dirt road, follow signs for Prese Franca and Pian Aschiero. From Pian Aschiero follow signs for Bagagera. After the hamlet, continue east towards Tortorello. Just before the hamlet, turn right downhill towards case Bronzino, following a dirt road. Proceed towards Prese Colonnello, from which you follow a winding road that returns you to the starting point (Via Trieste)
