VENAUS - Sentiero dei Gufi

From the village, you reach, through a wide meadow, a forest located a few meters from the chairlift station. The scenery is characterized by the presence of a pure larch forest alternating with areas where the larch forest blends with beeches and birches, creating an ecosystem of great charm and fascination.

At dawn and during the night hours, you might be lucky enough to hear the little owl, the tawny owl, the boreal owl, and the eagle owls, but patience and luck are needed.

The woods are also home to several birds, such as the black woodpecker, as well as other animals like deer, badgers, wolves, and martens, indicated on special signs placed along the trail.
