The 10 km route in Hummastinvaara is a comfortable, versatile and relatively easy mountain biking route. The routes of Hummastinvaara are well marked with signs and tree markings, so it is easy to navigate...
The 10 km route is also suitable for less experienced mountain bikers. Along the route, you can experience a variety of terrain - rolling paths, forest road grooves, rhizomes and sandy bottom.
The rhizomes make some parts a little bit more technical, yet still manageable. If you prefer speed, the well rolling trails offers you a chance to experience the charm of speed. On the routes you can admire field and marsh landscapes and enjoy the abundance of pine forest. If you wish, you can continue on the route to make a 15km loop.
Take the road E8 and turn to Pattijoentie, from which turn right to Harakkamäentie. From the starting point of Harakkamäentie you can get to all the marked routes in Hummastinvaara. From the starting point after around a kilometer the route branches and you can choose your direction.

The routes of Hummastinvaara are well marked with signs on the terrain, but please remember to stay alert so that no sign is missed in the changing nature.
Harakkamäen lähtöpaikalle pääset Raahesta pyöräteitä pitkin tai autolla. Autolla saapuessasi käänny E8-tieltä Pattijoentielle ja sieltä Harakkamäentielle.
Harakkamäentien lähtöpaikalta löytyy parkkipaikka.
