With the mountain bike or e-mountain bike, you ride from Lofer in the Salzburger Saalachtal to Unken. From there you cycle over the Sonnberg to the valley bridge and into the Heutal. From the Heutal, the route leads on a good gravel road towards Winkelmoos to the Möseralm and further to the Steinplatte. The big climbs are done. On the asphalt road, it goes downhill to Waidring and back to Lofer.
The bike route is suitable for both mountain bikers and e-mountain bikers.

From the Heutal to the Steinplatte there is a gravel road - otherwise an asphalt road.
