The starting point of the hike is accessible by public transport from neighboring communities. Get off at the "Uttendorf-Stubachtal" stop and start the path towards Alpengasthof Liebenberg.

Free parking is available in Uttendorf near the bathing lake, at the train station, or at the municipal depot.
It is possible to drive by car up to the Alpengasthof Liebenberg. This reduces the walking time by about one hour.
