Highlight Kitzlochklamm Classic round
The exciting circular hike for the whole family starts at the entrance of the Kitzlochklamm. There you will find numerous idyllic bays, towering rock walls, spectacular bridges, and thrilling views from the Klamm eye.
From the parking lot to the entrance of the Kitzlochklamm.
Following the path upwards, over staircases and bridges, you will immerse yourself in the fascinating landscape of the gorge.
The path leads past the viewing platform, through a tunnel, staircases, and bridges up to the end of the gorge.
On the way, fascinating views open up of impressive rock formations, rushing water, and the challenging via ferratas of the Kitzlochklamm.
From the end of the gorge, descend a bit along the familiar path, turn right past the hermitage (cave), and continue via the romantically wild forest path back to the starting point at the Kitzlochklamm parking lot.

B311 to Taxenbach, at the gas station follow the sign to Kitzlochklamm, downhill over the wooden bridge, turn right and uphill to the Kitzlochklamm parking lot.

Bicycle: Tauern cycle path towards Taxenbach Bischofshofen
Free parking lot Kitzlochklamm. In case of high traffic, alternative parking available at the sports field.
Take an arm bath at the Kneipp fountain right at the entrance of the Kitzlochklamm.
