Via B311 to Rauris and further via Wörth and Bucheben to Lenzanger parking lot.
By post bus line 640 to the bus stop "Kolm Saigurn Ammererhof".
Parking available at Lenzanger parking lot (toll: €9, as of June 2016).
Descent same as ascent. Overnight accommodation available at Niedersachsenhaus.
Descent also possible via the Tauerngold adventure trail or the Tauerngold circular hiking trail/glacier viewing path to Ammererhof or Naturfreundehaus.
