The starting point of the hike is the Ammererhof at the valley end Kolm Saigurn. Here begins the easy trail no. 24 to Gainschniggalm, Durchgangalm, and Filzenalm. Via Seealm (not serviced) you reach after about 1 1/2 hours the Mitterastenalm (serviced). Then it goes via Frohnalm (not serviced) to Bucheben.
The hike can also start from the Lenzanger parking lot. Here, the easy alpine trail no. 31 goes up to the alpine pastures, towards Filzenalm the trail no. 24 begins.
Kolm Saigurn - Durchgangalm - Filzenalm - Seealm - Mitterastenalm - Adelkaralm via Frohnalm to Bucheben - OR Stanzalm - Fröstlberg - Wörth.

Parking available at the Lenzanger parking lot (paid, toll fee €9 per car, status June 2016).
From Mitterastenalm, the moderate trail no. 24 can also be chosen for the descent. Via Adelkaralm and Stanzalm (serviced), the easy trails no. 115 and 16 lead finally towards Wörth.
