The Hohe Wand via ferrata (C) is already a bit more exciting for climbing enthusiasts! Airy sections and two rope bridges make the climbing heart beat faster. Descent via the gorge path.
Challenging and therefore for athletic climbers are the Pfeiler Wand via ferrata (D) and the Brückenwand via ferrata (D). With several key spots on overhangs, steep edges, and slabs, it is only for the experienced. Descent also via the gorge path.
Climbing all the via ferratas including approach and descent is already more than a half-day undertaking... but the interesting climbing spots and the impressive views down are ample reward!
From your starting point in Vandans, follow the main road to Heitersheimer Platz; after the bridge, continue alongside the Mustergielbach uphill. Follow this dam further to the entry of the via ferrata.
