Throughout this walk, you can admire the extraordinary panorama of several peaks over 4000m: Weisshorn, Zinalrothorn, Obergabelhorn, Matterhorn, Dent Blanche, etc.
During your route, a stop at Hameau de Colombire for a visit to the riddling ecomuseum is recommended. Here, you will discover how life was organized at the mayen, this typical Valais building serving as lodging for shepherds who took their herds to spend the summer pasture. You will also find a restaurant there where you can refresh yourself and taste some typical local dishes. The rest of the route is the most beautiful water section. It flows along a gentle slope, generally wooded, rich in varied flora. The view is simply magical. Finally, discovering the Tièche Valley will be the ultimate reward for this walk.

To reach Aminona/Colombire by car, take the A9 highway (Rhône highway) exit named "Sierre East." At the highway exit, turn left and follow the signs indicating "Sierre." At the fourth roundabout, follow the signs "Crans-Montana, Mollens." Then cross the village of Venthône. Arriving in Mollens, follow the signs to reach Aminona via the Aminona road. Then follow the signs to climb to Colombire.
The journey takes about 30 minutes from Sierre "East."
The free shuttles of the SMC bus company serve the entire Crans-Montana resort.
The closest stop to the hike departure is "Aminona, Colombire." To access it, SMC bus no. 435 runs from the Crans-Montana, Télé Violettes stop and operates only from mid-June to October.
About twenty parking spaces are available along the road to Hameau de Colombire.
The bisse also forms the route of the Air Path, a trail made up of panels on the theme of air and atmospheric pollution, created by the State of Valais.
