The sunny and spacious holiday apartment offers approx. 70 m² of living space.
It consists of a living room with SAT-TV, a large bathroom with a walk‑in shower, bidet and washing machine, and a separate kitchen equipped with a fully fitted kitchenette including refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and free Wi-Fi.
There are 2 bedrooms: one double room and one room with two separate beds. The floors in the apartment are tiled and laminated. A large sun terrace of approx. 40 m² belongs to the apartment and invites you to relax in the sunshine. A sunshade and sun loungers are provided.
The holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape from the sun terrace. The apartment includes a locked underground parking space. The building also has a lift.
On the north side of the apartment begins the pedestrian zone of Schlanders, with shops, bars, restaurants and cafés inviting you to stroll, shop and enjoy your time.
