Our cozy private guesthouse is located in the picturesque village of Maria Alm, nestled in the magnificent and impressive backdrop of the Steinernes Meer, the Hochkönig, and the Hundstein Group.

You will find our family-run business in the quiet district of Unterberg, about a 20-minute walk from the center of Maria Alm. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Abergbergbahnen and Sonnberglift ski lifts. In winter, you can reach these lifts on foot in just 5 minutes, allowing you to start skiing right away without having to start your car first. In summer, Haus Wiesenegg at the foot of Aberg, Brunnkopf, and Schwalbenwand is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes, mountain tours, and excursions.

In winter, the ski area in the Hochkönig region offers ideal conditions. Experience a fairytale winter wonderland on the Aberg! You can indulge in fun in the snow on perfectly groomed slopes and routes in open terrain. The ski area in the Hochkönig region comprises 34 lifts and 150 km of slopes at an altitude of 860 to 1,900 m and is also a member of the Amadé ski region. Those who prefer cross-country skiing will also find well-groomed trails here in Maria Alm. Many events and activities in snow-covered Maria Alm and the Hochkönig winter realm complete the program offered in our region.
