This three-storey holiday home, featuring large glass fronts and fragrant Swiss stone pine wood, impresses with its clever architecture and thoughtful details.

Located directly by a mountain stream, the house offers magnificent views of the Clozza and the Lower Engadine Dolomites from its balcony. The cosy yet modern interior creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Built-in Swiss stone pine furniture adds charm and fills the rooms with the characteristic scent of the region. The open-plan kitchen and living area are located on the top floor and are flooded with natural light throughout the day thanks to the large windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. Depending on the season, meals can be enjoyed either at the spacious dining table indoors or on the sunny balcony.

Two of the three bedrooms are located on the first floor and each feature a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The bedroom on the ground floor offers a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Two bathrooms with shower and toilet ensure a comfortable stay for families and groups.

A parking space in the underground garage belongs to the property. Shops, including a Denner supermarket and the stores along Stradun, can be reached within a 10-minute walk. The ski bus stop is nearby and takes you to the Motta Naluns ski area in just a few minutes. The Bogn Engiadina wellness centre is also within walking distance.

A holiday in Scuol means relaxation surrounded by traditional Engadine houses decorated with sgraffito, the Swiss National Park, cross-country ski trails and excellent winter sports facilities.
