The valley station of the Motta Naluns ski area can be reached comfortably within 10 minutes by ski bus, which stops only a few minutes from the house. The famous “Dream Slope” valley run to Sent truly lives up to its name: a 10-kilometre descent ending near the children's ski lift within walking distance of the apartment. Ice skaters can enjoy the natural ice rink in the village or the several-kilometre-long ice trail in nearby Sur En. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the Inn Valley trail and the various high-altitude trails in the region. Winter hikers can explore the well-prepared winter hiking paths. All starting points are easily accessible thanks to the excellent public transport network. Night owls can conveniently return to Sent by night bus.

The apartment is located close to the Parkin Not Vital, created by the renowned local artist Not Vital. Throughout the year, the Romansh village of Sent offers a varied cultural programme including readings, concerts, theatre performances and exhibitions.
