Defereggental

You really don’t have to search for long to find Defereggen valley’s very special and unique properties. They are obvious – set in the midst of the Hohe Tauern National Park, nestling in and enclosed by the mountains of the Defereggen range, the Rieserferner group, the Lasörling group and the Schober group. Along with tempting landscape which is pivotal and defining, since it is the protective Hohe Tauern National Park that makes Defereggen valley one of the most unspoilt high mountain valleys in the Alps.
