AvalanchesGALLERY - at the pinnacle of art

For 40 years, the "Avalanche Galleries at Riesner-Krispen" have only offered protection to skiers on the slopes and in the open air. Now they are being opened to summer visitors and transformed into an art gallery. Starting from the high seat, a serpentine path, always offering panoramic views of the Donnersbach Valley, climbs gently through the avalanche galleries and ends at 1,950 meters above sea level at the "Peak of Art," directly at the summit cross of the local mountain.

The various giant display cases made of rust-brown iron, sheltered directly along the existing avalanche galleries, are filled with different themes each year. A unique art gallery in the Alps.

For groups and bus tours of 20 or more people, advance reservations are also available outside of operating hours!

Purchase of a Summit Experience ticket includes admission to all attractions on the Riesneralm.
