ARRIVE - Marvelous nature at the "Tal der Almen"

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a tranquil environment with pure mountain air and a fabulous wildlife. There are many great things to do and to see in the Großarltal Valley: walking, cycling, Alpine and cross country skiing, yoga, climbing …

And fine dining: you are welcome in our “Berg - Leben´s Kuchl” - Lebenrestaurant, where Patrick and Stefan always prepare savoury and tasty meals. In our spa area you can marvellously relax and unwind whilst savouring the views of the mountains, notably of Gamskarkogel peak. And in the evening you can chill out reading a captivating crime novel in your room or having a pint of local craft beer or a glass of homemade “Pongauer Spritz” in our pub. In summer you are welcome to sit back in our beer garden while listening to the murmur of Ellmaubach creek.

By car
Tauernautobahn A10 Salzburg - in south direction - exit Sankt Johann, Pongau.
Continue on the B311 until Großarltal exit. After 16 km you reach the village center, where the Hotel Berg - Leben is located

By train
You will go to St. Johann im Pongau by train - from where we will organize a transfer to Großarl.

By flight
HLX-flight from Hamburg, Berlin/Tegel, Cologne, Bonn or Hannover to Salzburg. Transfer from Salzburg Airport to Großarl.
