Willingen Skating Trail (6)

The skating trail begins at the Große Grube junction. A longer, steeper climb leads onto the "Hegenkopf", from there flatter terrain and a subsequent longer descent towards "Lüttekefeld". From here, there is a steep ascent back onto the "Hegenkopf". In slightly hilly terrain and subsequent moderate descent, the trail leads back to the "Große Grube".

Recommended are functional, weather-appropriate sports clothing, small backpack or waist bag, energy bars, hydration belt, sufficient fluids (water, tea).

By car via the B251 to Willingen (Upland) to the Stryck parking lot between Willingen and Usseln, turnoff Stryck/Mühlenkopfschanze
