Services included:

Overnight stay in a simple private room with TV in the room. There is also a small shower and WC in the room. Simple, but very affordable. A common room is at your disposal. Here you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. The Lechtal Aktiv Card is also included in the price.

In our lounge you will find a fridge with drinks for self-service. Fair prices here too with the request for honest notes. Drinks can be paid together with the room bill. W-Lan is only available in the lounge.

B&B = Overnight stay in a simple private room (see above) including a lavish breakfast buffet. This is provided by our partner business, the HOTEL SCHÖNAUER HOF (5 minutes' walk, approx. 250 meters away). Here you can feast to your heart's content, guaranteeing a perfect start to the day.

Half board: If you would like to take advantage of half board in the HOTEL SCHÖNAUER HOF restaurant, we offer this to our guests at a special price of €19 per person per day. The price includes a 4-course menu with salad buffet to your heart's content. (Salad from the buffet, cold or warm starter, soup, choice of three different main courses and a delicious dessert). You can also pay for your half-board directly at the hotel, i.e. by card.
Restaurant seat guaranteed: Another special service of our hotel is the guaranteed restaurant seat during the opening hours mentioned. As it is becoming increasingly difficult for guests of vacation apartments and private guesthouses to get a place in a restaurant or pub, we have a great partnership with the HOTEL SCHÖNAUER HOF. Our guests can also dine there on rest days, which are normally only available to hotel guests of the HOTEL SCHÖNAUER HOF. When the hotel restaurant is closed, this service is of course not possible.

General Terms & Conditions:
These terms and conditions are an integral part of any reservation in our guesthouse and are considered accepted by booking!

Arrival: Your room will be available from 13:00 on the day of arrival
Departure: On the day of departure the room is available until 10:00 am

Single occupancy of a room:
If a room is occupied by only one person, we charge a surcharge of €10 per night.

Reductions for children:

Children up to the age of 5 are free of charge in our house!
Children from 6 to 10 years of age receive a 50% discount on our list price!
11 to 14 year olds receive a further discount.

Cancellation conditions & cancellation fees.

Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge!
Cancellations within 30 to 20 days before arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value without exception.
Cancellations within 19 days up to 8 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the booking value.
From 7 days before arrival or in the event of early departure, we will charge 100% of the booking value without exception!

Pets:
Pets/dogs are allowed in our guesthouse or Lechtalhostel by prior arrangement and for a daily fee of €5 per pet/dog. We will hold you responsible for any damage caused by your four-legged friend, as pet owners are liable for their pets. The price quoted does not include any other services or food!

Payment:
We only accept cash payment.

Our house does not have a passenger elevator
in our house are exclusively non-smoking rooms
the bathrooms only have showers, no bathtubs.
