U Turiun

From your start point at Colle del Lago, continue to the junction with signposts to the farmhouse Agriturismo Villa Casaggiori. From there, follow the track to Punta Baffe. The initial fast section is characterized by gentle ups and downs and by a very compact surface, until you turn right, where a rough rock-strewn section, steep and very challenging, begins. The track is very fast: mind it, if you are not very fit, this section can be particularly exhausting. At the junction turn right towards the start of a technical, difficult and brilliant trail, a small Bike park overlooking the sea: but there is no time to draw breath. The trail takes you to Riva Trigoso. Well worth seeing, among the rest, the Saracen tower of Punta Manara; from there follow the indications towards Sestri Levante and go back to the start point.
