The Take It Easy is the perfect trail to start discovering the world of downhill riding and becoming familiar with bike park riding. With a length of 4.4 km and a negative elevation gain of 541 meters,...
The first part of the track is wide, smooth and very flowing, with simple, non-demanding bumps that allow you to have fun without excessive difficulty. From the third kilometer, the trail narrows and enters the woods, becoming slightly more technical but still accessible, thanks also to the presence of a few roots that make riding more varied and fun.
During the descent, Take It Easy also crosses the jump area: here the rider can choose whether to tackle the line with small jumps or follow an alternative variation that allows avoiding them. The course can be tackled with either a downhill bike or an enduro bike, as long as it is bi-mobile.
To reach the start, it is necessary to take the Mottolino gondola. At the arrival of the gondola is the M'Eating Point hut, ideal for a break before the descent, while at the end of the slope you arrive near Kosmo Taste the Mountain, perfect for ending the experience with a scenic and tasteful stop.
Once you get off the Mottolino gondola, the bikepark entrance arch is immediately visible. Continue in that direction: the Take It Easy entrance is right in front of the arch, easily recognizable and accessible from the lift's arrival.

Helmet and protective gear required.
To tackle Take It Easy, it is mandatory to wear a helmet and appropriate protection. Although the trail is designed for beginners, it is important to maintain control of the bike at all times, moderate your speed and pay attention to the signs along the trail, especially in the sections in the woods and at the jump area. It is recommended to never ride alone in the bikepark and to always have a charged phone with you. In case of need, the trail rescue number is listed on the bikepass.
You can get to the starting point of the slope via the Mottolino gondola.
The starting point of the slope can be reached by the Mottolino gondola. To get to the gondola, you can use Livigno's free public transportation service: both the green and blue lines stop right in front of the lift.

Take It Easy is recommended for those who are tackling their first descents in bikeparks or want to improve dexterity, balance and bike control on a progressive course. It is preferable to use a downhill or enduro bike that is bi-mobile, so you can better handle bumps, turns, roots and changes in terrain. If this is your first time in a bikepark, it is recommended that you take your time, take a few breaks on the way down and get familiar with the trail before increasing the pace.
