Our house is situated in a quiet yet central location, surrounded by the unique mountain scenery of the beautiful Zillertal valley in the small, idyllic hamlet of Hollenzen near Mayrhofen. Our spacious, stylish house with a lovely garden offers three modern and comfortable apartments.

In our house, you can enjoy healthy drinking water: we serve the renowned GRANDERWASSER, which is revitalized using a special technology and made particularly valuable from a biological perspective.

The guest bus and village bus stop directly in front of the house, providing easy access to the surrounding villages and hiking areas.

We offer free underground parking as well as outdoor parking.
There is plenty of space for bicycles and strollers in the underground garage or "ski room" on the ground floor.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. A coin-operated washing machine is also available.

Bed linens, bath towels, and hand towels are included.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
