The house is an ideal starting point for skiers, tobogganists, cross-country skiers, paragliders and mountain hikers. Our bright and friendly guest house is situated in a very quiet location in the Neustift/Neder district.

Rooms
Four comfortable double rooms and one single room, all with safe, shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, care products, telephone, 40” CD-TV and radio are at your disposal.

Holiday apartment
We can also offer you a spacious 80m² apartment for 2-4 people with two separate bedrooms, safe, shower/bath, cosmetic mirror and care products, separate WC, modern kitchen-living room, dishwasher, telephone, 40” LCD TV, radio and private entrance and garden.

WLAN internet access is available in all rooms.

*Breakfast

Our rich and delicious breakfast buffet is served in our cozy lounge. Here is an excerpt from our offer:

• crispy rolls and appetizing pastries from the local bakery
• Wholemeal and crispbread
• Muesli and cornflakes with yoghurt or milk
• several types of sausage and cheese
• Boiled egg on request
• jams, honey and chocolate spread
• cake
• Coffee, various teas, milk or cocoa
• Fruit juice and fresh fruit

Breakfast can also be served on the adjoining terrace.

Lounge

The lounge is available to our guests not only for breakfast, but throughout the day. In a cozy atmosphere you can eat your own snacks and store them in the guest fridge - dishes, cutlery, glasses - everything is there! Here you will also find entertainment reading (newspapers, magazines), board games, various leaflets, folders and brochures.

*Stubai Super Card

Every guest receives the Stubai Super Card free of charge with every summer booking (end of May - mid-October)! The bus stop is conveniently located in the immediate vicinity. If you plan to arrive after 18:00, we kindly ask you to inform us.

Safe and Carefree
Finally the time has come - and the joy is enormous - from May 19, 2021we are allowed to open again!
With May 19, 2021, the current restrictions and accommodation bans will be lifted! In compliance with the specified conditions, we look forward to welcoming long-time guests and friends again with us.
Current conditions for lodging establishments: - FFP2 mask obligation in the general areas - upon entering, a test must be made or a valid negative test result, a vaccination certificate* or a confirmation of a passed through infection must be shown - guests must register with name and contact details - the distance regulation of 2 meters still applies.
