Start to the right from the St Maurice Navacelles hikers' parking lot in the same direction as the GRP Tour du Larzac Méridional (yellow and red markings) and the GR 74 (red and white markings), after bypassing the sewage treatment plant on the right, continue on a pleasant path crossed by many often dry streams. After a slight climb, you will reach RD 130.

Use this little road, which is very quiet, that will take you past the Ranquet (old ruined farm) and leave the PR trail to your right. Then much further you will reach Ranquas, a stopover lodge on the St Guilhem path. After Ranquas, the road disappears to give way to a forest path. Leave the side paths on both sides. You will overlook the Saut du Loup stream for a few meters. Then you will cross some walnut cultivation areas that were very present in this zone at the time. Leave the path that goes to the left.

At this junction, leave the St Guilhem path and the GRP to the left, take the small path to the right that will lead you using RD 130 E6 to the place called "les Natges" where accommodation is possible with advance booking. Ride to Coulet without issues.

At the exit of Coulet, leave RD 130 to the left and continue straight on this same RD towards Mas de Gay. After the Mas de Gay junction about 600 m, turn left.

Take the fairly easy trail and exit onto RD 25.

Take RD 25 for a few meters then at the calvary turn left to find the ice house opposite you. Then follow the GRP marking (yellow and red) to the castle square.

Take the street opposite to cross RD 25 and a few meters later turn right (point 1).
