OENORANDO® THE POETS' WINE TRAIL
During this walk, where poets accompany you, you'll discover the timeless story of the men and women who make up the strength of these landscapes, and whose rigorous work affirms the character and flavor of the wines.
1
From the parking lot of the Saint-Saturnin-de-Lucian cooperative cellar, take Avenue de la Coopérative. Continue along Place du Monument, then Avenue du Quai, passing the house of Max Rouquette (Occitan poet).
2
Turn left into rue des Horts, and continue along impasse de la Chicane, which winds through walled gardens. At the end, turn right onto chemin de Saint-André, then cross the D 130 at the crosswalk.
3
Follow the road up towards Rocher des Vierges for about 800 m. The panorama of the Saint-Saturnin terroir unfolds as you follow the works of art on the Poets' Wine Trail.
4
Take the right-hand road down towards the village. At the intersection, take the track opposite. Go past the drinking water reservoir and down the lane through the houses. At the bottom, turn right into Rue de la Source to reach Place de la Fontaine, near the church.
5
Follow the avenue of trees past the restaurant and wash-house. At the intersection, turn left onto the D 130 (avenue Noël Calmel), then right into rue de la coopérative to get back to the starting point.
