Route that requires good physical fitness and excellent Mountain Bike riding skills. The first 8 km are a pleasant warm-up on asphalt, with increasing gradient, up to Colletta di Cumiana. Shortly before the summit, turn east and take a dirt road that after a couple of hairpin bends and a traverse becomes a single track. Continue alternating ridge sections and some variants that avoid carrying the bike, arriving at a characteristic boulder (Roc Uss) by the trail. Some technical ups and downs lead to Truc Mongrosso and then to Borgata Pratovigero (fountain). Along an asphalt road for about a hundred meters you reach Colletto Damone and continue climbing with a view of the Chisola valley (follow the S.D.B. signs). Reach Montagnazza with a "mandatory" stop at the Pera Luvera viewpoint. Then resume on a very steep and technical path leading towards Rubata Bo and Monte San Giorgio, another classic viewpoint over the Turin plain, where there is also a small Romanesque style church dating before the year 1000. After returning along the path to the summit, leave it for a dirt road that leads to Prese di Piossasco Superiori, where begins the beautiful descent on the Boar Trail, which requires excellent technique and physical fitness. After the descent, near Sangano, a couple of kilometers of relaxed pedaling lead back to the starting point.
From Trana follow the asphalt road towards Pianca and continue to the Dalmassi hamlet of Giaveno. Shortly after the group of houses, turn left and climb, always on asphalt, up to Colletta di Cumiana. Shortly before the summit, leave the asphalt and take a dirt road on the left, which after some hairpin turns turns into a trail. Follow the s.d.b. signs (David Bertrand Trail, dedicated to a volunteer who lost his life during firefighting operations on these mountains). Some visible variants avoid the steepest sections. Always remaining close to the ridge, reach Pratovigero. An almost entirely dirt road leads up to Colletto Damone. From the pass, continue always on dirt road for about 1 km, then keep right and continue towards Montagnazza, using the first part of the Chiantore trail. With a difficult downhill section, leave the Chiantore and reach Colle di Prè. From the pass continue towards Monte San Giorgio. After the panoramic summit, return to Colle di Prè and stay right on a dirt road that leads to the start of the Boar Trail, near the Prese di Piossasco Superiori. The Boar Trail is a very technical and fun descent that leads down to Sangano, from where you return towards Trana.
