Marathon 58 - 27. World Games of Mountainbiking 2026

With start in the center of Hinterglemm, the Marathon 58 leads like all other distances into the center of Saalbach and up over the Spielberghaus to the Panorama Alm. This racetrack meanders down into the valley via Ederalm and Maisalm and the biker can enjoy the last part on the freshly shaped Monti Trail to the valley station of the Kohlmaisbahn above the center of Saalbach.The Ronachweg takes you to the picturesque Sonnseitpromenade in the Jausern district - the last breather before the massive uphill climb up to the Schattberg west summit. Serpentine after serpentine, mountain bikers conquer over 1100 meters in altitude to the highest point of the Marathon 58 distance.Then a small reward awaits in the form of the legendary Hacklberg Trail.But instead of entering the Hacklberg Trail 2, you ride to the Huberhochalm and there down into the Schwarzachergraben. Now you ride up to the Zwölferkogel.The uphill to the Seekar is a big challenge here. The summit is the perfect place for the fans who can get to this great vantage point with the modern 12er KOGEL lift.
