Wagrain - Moadörfl - Edelweissalm - Lärchenwaldweg - Wagrain

First, follow hiking trail no. 2 from Wagrain to the village of Schwaighof. Then, at the Joseph Chapel, ascend a short path through the forest to the forest road, path no. 2a, and follow it until you reach hiking trail no. 60 (junction shortly above the valley station of the Red Eight Gondola). Now follow path no. 60 uphill, passing Niederbergsee, to the Edelweissalm.

Once at the Edelweissalm, you can take a short round around Daarmoossee before enjoying an excellent snack at the Edelweiss Alm. Before the return, you should definitely visit the farm museum.

The return path (no. 61) goes past Hotel Edelweiss on the road for a short distance before descending into the Lärchenwaldweg. You will meet Weberlandl Straße above the Hühnerhof again and follow it down to the federal road.
